In November, 2019 I was fortunate to adopt Max, a Chihuahua-Basenji mix. He is a beautiful red color, 14 pounds with a big and bold personality. Doggie Bonez was caring for Max and the foster family was close by. I had a Chihuahua growing up so I knew how fun they are. I was so honored to become this little dog’s guardian angel and he brings joy, fun and excitement to our home every day! It didn’t take long for me to realize that Max is actually my guardian angel – he loves me unconditionally and always makes me feel great, even during times like 2020. I couldn’t imagine not adopting him when I had the chance – one of the best decisions I have made in many, many years.
