Leo is a sweet, goofy, and playful 3-year-old Shepherd mix. He is completely house-trained and does well at home alone. Although he is an energetic breed and loves to play so, he will need a yard or an active owner that has a lifestyle he can tag along with. He loves the beach and playing fetch! He has also completed an eight-week group training obedience program that he finished in early December. He can drop into the group training classes for the next 7 months at no extra cost if you would like to try one with him. Leo is food motivated and very easily trained and, loves learning new things. He is okay with other medium-large dogs when introduced properly but must be given food or treats in private (Probably not best suited with small dogs given his energy level and size). Unfortunately, due to an incident, he cannot be in a home with children. Leo is a great dog who is in great health and deserves a second chance. He was once abandoned and left stranded so once he grows to trust and bond with his owner, you’ll have a special friend for life.
