Hero is a 2-year-old compact American Staffordshire Terrier. He weighs around 55 pounds of love and sweetness. Hero is good with other dogs and has been super friendly and sweet with all of our volunteers. He walks very well on a leash and doesn’t pull. Hero gives kisses, takes treats gently, and is good in a crate. We have not had the chance to have Hero around kids, but he’s been so great with people, that we think he would do fine with older kids. He’s a gorgeous brindle and he even has a smile on his cute face. Don’t let Hero’s size fool you, he’s strong therefore would do best in a home with a fully enclosed yard to run and play in. We always recommend a home that will offer stability, structure, consistency, love, and training to set Hero up for success.
