I Found My Forever Home!
Charlie was adopted 3 years ago. Due to an autoimmune disease, his owner is now sedentary and physically weak. She has been unable to walk him for over a year and wants a better life for Charlie. Charlie is strong, so he will need an owner who can be his alpha and a strong leader for him. He has been trained to heel at your side.
Charlie is a 98 pound Shepherd Mix. Charlie loves attention, fetching balls, gnawing on his bones (Loves Deer Antlers) and most of all loves to play with people. Charlie enjoys running on the beach playing in the sand and frolicking in the ocean. He also has a pool at home and will step into the water to cool himself off.
Charlie will do best in a home without another dog. He is not at ease with other dogs so dog parks or areas with a lot of dogs is ill-advised. He prefers the company of humans big and small.
Please consider Charlie, he will give you so much love, and loves affection from everyone. He is great with kids too. Charlie loves hanging out in his backyard. He is not an escape artist, and the owner says, if he did get out, he would most likely be waiting for you at the front door to let him in.
He is up to date on all of his shots, vaccinated, neutered and ready for his new adventure.
He has been to a board and train facility run by a professional trainer to learn proper walking techniques and his basic commands.
The owner is committed to finding Charlie a good home and will help sponsor him during any transition. Please fill out an application on this boy by heading to the form section on our website at www.doggiebonez.com . You can also find him on all of our social media Doggie Bonez Inc.
