Jimmy (black in his face) is a 12-week-old Blue Heeler puppy available for adoption. He’s a well-tempered, gorgeous puppy that loves every dog he meets. Jimmy has an amazing disposition and loves his foster siblings. He is practically housebroken, he only needs someone to keep an eye on his cues, which is great for a puppy this age. Extremely food motivated and easy to train. At this point, Jimmy has mastered sit and down, and the foster dad is working on a roll & give paw. He walks on a loose leash and pays attention to the person walking him. Jimmy could use another dog to play around with, to give him confidence, and show him the ropes. He sleeps through the night but wakes up every day like an alarm clock at 6:10 am sharp when he needs to go out. Jimmy is not exhibiting any separation anxiety when left alone and does fine when people are not next to him. The foster family says he also rides great in the car. In the foster home, Jimmy loves the young teens and loves to run and play like Blue Heelers love to do. They are an active breed and require an active family with a secure yard to run and play in. This breed requires structure, stability, consistency, training, and love, to set them up for success. Jimmy has had his puppy wellness exam and has received his puppy boosters, ( DA2PP) Bordetella, fecal test, flea treatment, and deworming. We follow our puppies to make sure they receive all of their boosters, rabies at 4 months, and neuter after 6 months of age.
